

Running both of those is supposed to install all dlc. exe files in the redist folder found in the main DA origins install folder on your hard drive. You will be asked to find the file of your game (in the Program Files x86 folder, search for the DAOriginsLauncher.exe. Select the option "register a non-Origin game". Once you log into Origin click on My Game Library and click on the + "add a game" button on the right hand side of the game list.
